 THE PROPOSED PARKING AREA SHALL MEET ALL ZONING CODE
 REQUIREMENTS APPLICABLE TO NEW PARKING LOTS INCLUDING,
 BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
  
 1. THE PARKING LOT CONFIGURATION SHALL COMPLY WITH ALL
 PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE XV (PARKING) OF THE ZONING CODE.
  
 2. PARKING LOT STRIPING SHALL BE PROVIDED, INCLUDING
 REQUIRED HANDCAP SPACES.
 3 THE NUMBER OF PARKING SPACES PROVIDED FOR THE USE
 SHALL BE CONSISTENT WITH THE NUMBER REQUIRED BY SEC.
 94-486 OF THE ZONING CODE.
 4. A MINIMUM OF ONE (1) 10X20 LOADING ZONE SHALL BE
 REQUIRED.
 5. A LANDSCAPE BUFFER SHALL BE INSTALLED AROUND THE
 PARKING LOT PURSUANT TO SEC. 94-443(C) OF THE ZONING
 CODE.
 6. CURBING AND WHEEL STOPS SHALL BE INCLUDED PURSUANT
 TO SEC. 94-443(C)(5).
  
 **NOTE: DEPENDING ON THE NUMBER OF PARKING SPACES
 PROPOSED, AN INFORMAL SITE PLAN REVIEW MAY BE
