 2. IN THE EVENT OF SEALED PAVERS, PROVIDE THE TOTAL
 SQUARE FOOTAGE OF PAVED DRIVEWAY AND LANDSCAPE AREA
 WITHIN THE FRONT YARD (PROPERTY LINE TO BUILDING LINE).
 PLEASE NOTE THAT PER SECTION 94-482(A) OF THE ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS), 1000 SQUARE
 FEET OR 75% OF THE FRONT YARD SHALL BE LANDSCAPED.
  
 3. PLEASE STATE WHETHER ANY TREES OR LANDSCAPE
 MATERIALS WILL BE REMOVED AND/OR RELOCATED TO
 ACCOMMODATE THE PROPOSED DRIVEWAY AND WALKWAYS.IF SO,
 PROVIDE A LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWING LANDSCAPE
 MODIFICATIONS ON THE SITE.
  
 4. PLANS SHALL DISTINGUISH PAVED AREAS FROM LANDSCAPE
 AREAS.
