 AND FAC 61G15-23.002.
  
 7) THE SOIL REPORT IS REQUIRED TO HAVE THE ORIGINAL
 SIGNATURE OF THE ENGINEER. SIGNATURE STAMPS AND
 PHOTOCOPIED SIGNATURES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. SEE FS 471
 AND FAC 61G15-23.002.
  
 8) THE TRUSS DRAWINGS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE THE ORIGINAL
 SIGNATURE OF THE TRUSS ENGINEER. A COVER SHEET IN
 COMPLIANCE WITH FAC 61G15-23.002 MAY BE USED. SEE FS
 471 AND FAC 61G15-23.002.
  
 9) THE TRUSS LAYOUT IS REQUIRED TO BE REVIEWED AND
 APPROVED BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD FOR THE STRUCTURE.
 SEE FBC R301.1. PLEASE HAVE THE DESIGNER OF RECORD PUT
 HIS SHOP DRAWING REVIEW STAMP OR OTHERWISE INDICATE ON
 THE TRUSS LAYOUT THAT THEY HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND
 APPROVED.
  
 10) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF PRODUCT APPROVALS AS REQUIRED
 BY DCA RULE 9B-72 FOR THE LINTELS, STRUCTURAL WINDOW
 MULLIONS, AND FIXED GLASS WINDOWS (ROUND, ARCH TOP &
 RECTANGLE).
  
 11) SUBMIT THE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE SINGLE
 AND DOUBLE OUTSWING GLAZED DOORS AS REQUIRED BY RULE
 9B-72. PLEASE PROVIDE ONE OF EACH DOOR TYPE WITH EACH
 SET OF PLANS. BOTH THE SINGLE DOOR PRODUCT APPROVALS
 WERE ATTACHED TO A PLAN AND BOTH THE DOUBLE DOOR
 APPROVALS WERE ATTACHED TO THE OTHER PLAN.
  
 12) SPECIFY WHICH ONE OF THE METHODS LISTED IN THE
 ROOFINGPRODUCT APPROVAL WILL BE USED TO ATTACH THE
 ROOF TILES. CIRCLE THE ONE THAT WILL BE USED ON THE
