 MORE THAN 20 PERCENT OF ITS REQUIRED LENGTH TO PROVIDE

 B.ALL PORTIONS OF THE BUFFER STRIP SHALL BE
 COVERED WITH GRASS, GROUND COVER, SHRUBBERY, MULCH, OR
