 3)2004 FBC EXISTING 301.5 A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OR AN
 OWNER MUST ELECT ONE OR A COMBINATION OF LEVELS OF
 ALTERATION PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 303, 304 AND 305 OF
 THIS CODE.
  
 4)FBC 11-4.25 FIXED STORAGE FACILITIES SUCH AS
 CABINETS, SHELVES, CLOSETS, AND DRAWERS (MAIL BOXES)
 REQUIRE TO ACCESSIBLE BY SECTION 11-4.1 SHALL COMPLY
 WITH 11-4.25. ACCESSIBLE STORAGE SPACES SHALL BE WITHIN
 AT LEAST ONE OF THE REACH RANGES SPECIFIED IN SECTION
