 COUNTY COMMISSION IS IRRELEVANT. WE ARE NOT IN THE
 JURISDICTION OF THE PALM BEACH COUNTY COMMISSION AND
 THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE (FBC) IS A STATE WIDE
 MANDATED MINIMUM CODE. NO LOCAL JURISDICTION HAS THE
 AUTHORITY TO MAKE THE FBC MORE OR LESS STRINGENT. ALSO,
 THERE IS NO BASIS IN CODE FOR THE ENGINEER'S STATEMENT
 THAT ALL STRUCTURES UNDER 35 FEET IN HEIGHT ARE EXEMPT
 FROM WIND RESISTANCE REQUIREMENTS. ALL BUILDINGS,
 REGARDLESS OF HEIGHT, CONSTRUCTED IN THE STATE OF
 FLORIDA ARE SUBJECT TO THE WIND RESISTANCE PROVISIONS
 OF THE FBC. IN ORDER TO DEMONSTRATE CODE COMPLIANCE FOR
 THE EQUIPMENT BEING INSTALLED ON THIS PROJECT, PLEASE

 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, THE MINIMUM FINISHED FLOOR TO
 FINISHED CEILING HEIGHT IS 12 FEET. THE PORTION OF THE
 SPACE WITH EXPOSED TRUSSES MEETS THE REQUIREMENTS,
 HOWEVER, ALL AREAS WITH PROPOSED DRYWALL CEILINGS DO
 NOT COMPLY AS THEY ARE BELOW THE 12 FOOT MINIMUM. THE
