 1. SHEET A0.1 CODE ANALYSIS IS INDICATING THE WRONG
 CODE CYCLE AS FBC-2004 W/06 REVISIONS. THE REVISIONS
 SHOULD BE 2007.
  
 2. SHEET A7 DETAIL 2, CLEARLY INDICATE THE REQUIRED
 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE FOR THE LAVATORIES (30" X 48" AND
 MAXIMUM 19" UNDER LAV.) IN THE MENS AND WOMENS HANDICAP
 STALLS. PER FBC CHAPTER 11, SECTION 11-4.19.3. NOTE:
 THE DOOR SWING CAN NOT BE IN THE CLEAR FLOOR SPACE. PER
 FBC CHAPTER 11, SECTION 11-4.22.2.
  
 3. SHEET A7 DETAIL 8, THE URINAL ELEVATION FOR THE
 MAXIMUM DISTANCE FOR THE URINAL RIM FROM FINNISH FLOOR
 IS BEING INDICATED WRONG AS 1'-7". THE CORRECT DISTANCE
 SHOULD BE 17". PER FBC CHAPTER 11, SECTION 11-4.18.2.
  
 4. SHEET P-1, STAPLES INDICATES EXISTING 6" AND 8" RD
 (ROOF DRAINS), HOWEVER PREVIOUS PERMIT INFORMATION
 INDICATES THE EXISTING BUILDING BEING DEMOLISHED. NOTE:
 PERMIT #07070444 PERMIT APPLICATION WHICH IS A
 FOUNDATION AND SHELL PERMIT FOR THIS "STAPLES" ALSO DID
 NOT INDICATE THE 6" AND 8" RD (ROOF DRAINS). PLEASE
 CORRELATE THE RESUBMITTED PLANS TO REFLECT WHAT IS
 ACTUALLY BEING BUILT. PER W.P.B. SECTION 106.1.1,

 5. SHEET P-1, STAPLES INDICATES EXISTING 4" AND 3"
 SANITARY LINES IN A BUILDING THAT HAS BEEN DEMOED.
 HOWEVER THESE SANITARY LINES WERE ADDED ON A REVISION
 ON PERMIT #07070444 WHICH WAS SUBMITTED 3/13/08 WHICH
 IS AFTER THE SUBMITTED DATE (2/19/08) OF THIS INTERIOR
 BUILDOUT. PLEASE CORRELATE THE RESUBMITTED PLANS TO
 REFLECT WHAT IS ACTUALLY BEING BUILT AND TO WHICH
 PERMIT NUMBER THE EXISTING WORK WAS BUILT TO AVOID TIME
 CONSUMING PLAN REVIEW RESEARCH. PER W.P.B., SECTION
 106.1.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
  
 6. SHEET P-1, RTU CONDENSATE DRAIN LINES ARE BEING
 INDICATED AS DRAINING INTO EXISTING ROOF DRAINS (WHICH
 WERE DEMOED, SEE COMMENT #4). PER FBC PLUMBING SECTION
 314.2.1 CONDENSATE DISPOSAL. CONDENSATE FROM ALL
 COOLING COILS SHALL BE CONVEYED FROM THE DRAIN PAN TO
 AN APPROVED PLACE OF DISPOSAL. ROOF DRAINS ARE NOT AN
 APPROVED METHOD OF DISPOSAL. PLEASE INDICATE CONDENSATE
 DISPOSAL INTO A DRY WELL, CATCH BASIN, OR PLANTED AREA.
