 WITHIN 2 FEET OF URINALS AND WATER CLOSETS SHALL HAVE A
 SMOOTH, HARD, NONABSORBENT SURFACE TO A HEIGHT OF 4
 FEET FBC 1210.2. NOTE: PAINT ON DRYWALL IN NOT
 CONSIDERED A HARD SURFACE. STATE ON THE FINISH SCHEDULE
 WHAT TYPE OF MATERIALS WILL BE USED TO MEET THESE
 REQUIREMENTS.
  
 4)SUBMIT THE DETAIL DRAWINGS FOR THE C.M.U. AND METAL
 STUD WALLS. THE C.M.U. WALL DETAIL SHALL SHOW HOW THE
 NEW INFILL WALLS WILL TIE INTO THE EXISTING WALLS
 SHOWING ALL WALL TIES, STEEL ETC FBC 2109.6.3. A DETAIL
 DRAWING IS ALSO REQUIRED FOR THE NEW 36 INCHES C.M.U.

 GROUNDED CONDUCTOR (NEUTRAL), MUST BE ISOLATED FROM
 THAT POINT THROUGHOUT THE REST OF THE SYSTEM. IF ONLY
 THE GROUNDED CONDUCTOR IS BONDED TO THE GROUNDING
 ELECTRODE AND THE GUTTER, THE GROUNDED CONDUCTOR MUST
 BE RAN TO THE DISCONNECT, AND THE #6 EQUIPMENT GROUND,
 SHOWN RAN FROM THE GUTTER TO THE DISCONNECT, SHALL NOT
 BE INSTALLED AS THEY PROVIDE A PARALLEL GROUNDING PATH
 THAT COULD ENERGIZE ALL METAL PARTS IN THE SYSTEM.
