 REQUIRED SETBACKS.PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-305(B)(4) OF
 THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS: MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT MAY NOT PROJECT MORE THAN 4' INTO A REQUIRED
 SETBACK.AS THE REQUIRED REAR SETBACK FOR THE HOME IS
 15', THIS YIELDS A MINIMUM REAR SETBACK OF 11' TO THE
 GENERATOR.
  
 THERE ARE A FEW DIFFERENT ROUTES YOU CAN TAKE WITH
 THIS:
  
 1)MOVE THE GENERATOR TO MEET THE MINIMUM REQUIRED
 SETBACKS.
  
 2)APPLY FOR A VARIANCE FROM THE DIMENSIONAL
 REQUIREMENT. (THIS IS A FEW MONTH PROCESS AND I THINK
 COSTS AROUND $1000)
  
 3)THE CITY IS CONSIDERING REVISING THIS REGULATION.
 IT WOULD BE 3-4 MONTHS BEFORE THIS WOULD TAKE EFFECT.
