 DESIGNER IN ACCORDANCE WITH FBC, EB 301.5. THIS APPEARS
 TO BE A LEVEL 2 ALTERATION AND SHALL BE REVIEWED AS
 SUCH.
  
 2. ENERGY CALCULATIONS: METHOD A COMPLIANCE IS NOT
 APPLICABLE FOR THIS PROJECT. EXISTING BUILDINGS NOT
 MEETING THE DEFINITION OF A RENOVATION IN WHICH NEW
 HEATING, COOLING, WATER HEATING, ELECTRICAL OR LIGHTING
 SYSTEMS ARE INSTALLED SHALL MEET THE BASIC PRESCRIPTIVE
 MINIMUM EFFICIENCIES LISTED IN THIS CODE FOR THE
 SYSTEM(S) BEING CHANGED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FBC
 13-400.0.C.4. DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE BY SHOWING ALL
