 PROPERTY LINE) SHALL NOT EXCEED 4' IN HEIGHT.

 WEST PALM BEACH ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS:STREETWALLS SHALL CONSIST OF EITHER
 OPAQUE FREESTANDING WALLS, CONSTRUCTED OF A MATERIAL
 MATCHING THE ADJACENT BUILDING OR OF A CONTINUOUS,
 MAINTAINED HEDGE. FENCES SHALL BE MADE OF PAINTED,
 STAINED OR PRESSURE TREATED WOOD PICKETS, PLASTIC
 COATED CHAINLINK, OR DECORATIVE METAL. GARDEN WALLS
