 CLASSIFICATION OF OCCUPANCY AS BUSINESS, BUT THE TITLE
 SHEET AND APPLICATION STATES RETAIL. PLEASE CORRELATE
 OCCUPANCY. SECTION 106.1.1.
  
 2. SHT A5 DETAIL 2A5 SCUPPER DETAIL. PROVIDE DIMENSIONS
 FOR THE SCUPPER. PROVIDE LENGTH, WIDTH AND HEIGHT OF
 OPENING IN THE SCUPPER AS WELL AS THE SIZE OF THE
 DOWNSPOUT. SECTION 1106.
  
 3. SUBMIT CALCULATIONS FOR THE PRIMARY AND THE
 EMERGENCY OVERFLOW SCUPPERS. INDICATE THE SQUARE
 FOOTAGE OF EACH AREA AND SHOW 1/2 AREA OF ALL VERTICAL
 WALLS INCLUDING THE PARAPETS TO EACH AREA AS WELL AS
 ANY AREA FROM ROOFS DRAINING ONTO THE ROOF AREAS FROM
 ABOVE. SECTIONS 1106 & 1107 WITH ALL SUBSECTIONS AND
 TABLES.
  
 4. SHT P1 A CLEANOUT IS REQUIRED NEAR THE JUNCTION OF
 THE BUILDING DRAIN AND THE BUILDING SEWER PER SECTION
 708.3.5. PLEASE SHOW ON THE PLANS.
  
 5. SHT P1 AN RPZV BACKFLOW IS REQUIRED ON THE WATER
 SERVICE TO THE BUILDING. SECTION 608.13.2. PLEASE SHOW
 ON THE PLANS. (NOTE STATES SEE CIVIL PLANS FOR
 CONTINUATION, BUT THE CIVIL PLANS HAVE NOT BEEN
 SUBMITTED).
  
 6. THE MPE SHEETS TITLE BLOCKS ARE MISSING THE
 CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORIZATION IN THE TITLE BLOCK OF THE
 ENGINEERING FIRM. FAC 61G15-23.002(2) & FS 471.025.
