 SHEET THAT LISTS THE PRODUCT IDENTITY NUMBER FROM THE
 STATE.SUBMIT PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE SINGLE HUNG
 WINDOWS AND THE ROOF COVERING MATERIAL.

 THOSE PRODUCTS THAT ARE REGULATED BY DCA
 RULE 9B-72 SHALL BE REVIEWED AND
 APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF

 6) THE STORM PANEL INFORMATION FOR THE TOWN AND COUNTRY
 ACCORDIAN SHUTTERS IS FOR THE 2001 FBC AND HAS EXPIRED.
 PLEASE REMOVE IT FROM THE SUBMITTAL PACKAGE.
  
 7) SUBMIT UPDATED ENERGY CALCULATIONS. THE ONES
 SUBMITTED ARE FOR THE 2001 FBC AND THE CURRENT CODE IS
 THE 2004 FBC. THE ENERGY CALCS. THAT WERE SUBMITTED
 INCORRECTLY SPECIFY WOOD FRAME ADJACENT INSULATION AND
 THERE ARE NO ADJACENT WALLS SHOWN ON THE PLAN. PLEASE
 CORRECT. MAKE SURE THE OWNER/AGENT SIGNS THE NEW ENERGY
 FORMS. SEE FBC CHAPTER 13.
  
 8) THE VALUE OF THE WORK HAS BEEN INCREASED BASED ON
 THE ICC BUILDING VALUATION DATA AND RADON FEES HAVE
