 2007 REVISIONS.
  
 1- PROVIDE 2 COPIES OF EVERYTHING. EG: PRODUCT
 APPROVALS, SPECIFICATIONS, PLANS, SKETCHES, ETC. AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 106.1 OF CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC 2004.
  
 2-ACCORDING TO PICTURES SUBMITTED THE TWO WINDOWS TO
 BE REMOVED ARE SEPARATED BY A SHORT WALL (18"PLUS OR
 MINUS).MOST LIKELY THERE ARE COLUMNS ORSOME SORT
 OF HEADER SUPPORTS INSIDE THIS SHORT WALL.NEW DOORS
 REQUIRE THESE SUPPORTS TO BE REMOVED. THEREFORE,NEED
 TO PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS/SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING NEW
 DOORHEADER OR PRECAST LINTEL THAT WILL SUPPORT THE
 SECOND FLOOR ABOVE. SEC. 106.1.2 CITY AMENDMENTS TO
 FBC2004.
  
 3- QUOTE FROM LOWE'S HOME CENTER, INC.IDENTIFIES DOOR
 SERIES FL600 AS THE DOOR BEING QUOTED, WHILENOA NO
 06-1229.03 SUBMITTED IS FOR DOOR SERIES 1800. PRODUCT
 APPROVAL DOESN'T MATCH DOOR QUOTED BY LOWE'S. NEED TO
 PROVIDE MATCHING INFORMATION.
  
 4- DRAWINGSON NOA NO 06-1229.03 SUBMITTED ARE NOT
 LEGIBLE. NEED TO PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL WITH LEGIBLE
 DRAWINGS AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 106.1.3 OF CITY AMENDMENTS
 TO FBC 2004.
  
 5- VALUE DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO LOW
 AND IT'S EVEN LOWER THAN THE QUOTE FROM LOWE'S.LOWE'S

 SPECIFY FULL VALUE FOR DOORS INSTALLATION OR IT WILL BE
 ESTIMATED AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 108.3 OF CITY AMENDMENTS
