 1- HANDICAPPED RAMP IS NOT REQUIRED BY CODE FOR A
 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE, BUT IF ONE IS INSTALLED, THEN
 IT NEEDS TO COMPLY WITH HANDICAPPED RAMP REQUIREMENTS.
 SEE ATTACHED COPY OF CODE SECTION 11-4.8FBC 2004
 RELATED TO HANDICAPPED RAMPS AND PROVIDE COMPLETE
 DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH THIS
 SECTION.
  
 2- PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
 REPLACEMENT OF WALL IN CARPORT AREA TO VERIFY
 COMPLIANCE WITH SEC. R301 OF 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL
 CODE REGARDING THE WIND LOADS.SHOW WALL HEIGHT,
 CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS, WALL FASTENING, ETC. SEC.
 106.1.2 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC 2004.
  
 3- PROVIDE TWO SETS OF DRAWING AND SPECS AS REQUIRED BY
 SECTION 106.1 OF CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC 2004.
 INFORMATION SUBMITTED IS INCOMPLETE. THERE ARE 2 COPIES
 OF SURVEY SHOWING NOT WORK AT ALL. THERE ARE TWO COPIES
 OF SURVEY SHOWING LOCATION OF HANDICAPPED RAMP,NEW
 CONCRETE DRIVEWAY AND REAR CONCRETE SLAB.AND, THERE
 IS A SINGLE COPY OF SURVEY SHOWING LOCATION OF ALL WORK
 INCLUDING REPLACEMENT OF CARPORT WALL.PROVIDE TWO
