 SHANK NAILS IN ALL ROOF ZONES. FASTENER SPACING IS
 REQUIRED TO BE 4 INCHES O.C. IN ROOF ZONE 3, WHICH IS
 THE CORNERS OF FLAT ROOFS. SEE FIGURE R301.2(8).
  
 8) THE STUD PLATE DETAIL NOTES ON 1.1 HAS SPH6. IT
 SHOULD BE SPH4.
  
 9) PLEASE CLARIFY THAT THE WALL BETWEEN THE ADDITION
 AND THE EXISTING FAMILY ROOM IS NOT LOAD BEARING OR
 PROVIDE A DETAIL SHOWING HOW THE ROOF WILL BE
 SUPPROTED.
  
 10) THE WIDOWS ARE NOT IMPACT RATED AND PROTECTION IS
 REQUIRED. SUBMIT PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE STORM
 PANELS. SPECIFY THE CONNECTION/MOUNT TYPE, THE
 ANCHOR/FASTENER TYPE AND SPACING.
  
 11)ON THE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR THE GAF MODIFIED
 ROOFING, SPECIFY WHICH ONE OF THE FASTENING OPTIONS AND
 DESIGN PRESSURES WILL BE USED (CIRCLE THE APPROPRIATE
 ONE ON THE NOA). SUBMIT RAS 117 CALCULATIONS FOR THE
 ENHANCED FASTENING OF THE BASE SHEET AS REQUIRED BY THE
 PRODUCT APPROVAL.
  
 12) THE VALUE OF THE WORK HAS BEEN INCREASED TO
 $7054.00, BASED ON THE ICC BUILDING VALUATION DATA
