 IS SHOWN ON THE DRAWINGS FOR THE GATE. SUBMIT THE
 ELEVATION STRUCTURAL DETAILS WITH DIMENTIONS FOR THE
 GATE. THIS SHEET ALSO INDICATE A NEW FOUNTAIN WHICH
 REQUIRES MORE INFORMATION. IF THE FOUNTAIN IS INCLUDED
 IN THE PROJECT THE PERMIT APPLICATION WILL HAVE TO BE
 REVISED TO REFLECT THE CORRECT SCOPE OF WORK WHICH

 THE ROOF PITCH ON THE APPLICATION STATES A 4/12 PITCH,
 HOWEVER, THE DRAWINGS SHOWS A 6/12 PITCH. PLEASE
 CLARIFY. THE APPLICATIONS NEED TO BE SPECIFIC WITH THE
 SCOPE OF WORK. THE APPLICATION FOR THE SITE WALL AND
 GATE SHALL BE SUBMITTED WITH DRAWINGS PERTAINING TO THE
 SITE WALLS AND GATES ONLY WITH SPECIFIC DIMENTIONS AND
