 1. PROVIDE RESPONSES TO COMMENTS IN WRITING.
  
 2. THE TABULATION NECESSARY FOR THE EVALUATION OF
 COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE XIV IS NOT COMPLETE (I.E. THE
 TABULATION DISPLAYING STATISTICAL REQUIREMENTS TO
 SATISFY THE XERISCAPE POINT SYSTEM AND ITS ACCOMPANYING
 POINT ALLOCATION). REVISE ACCORDINGLY.
  
 3. THE CALCULATION USED TO DETERMINE THE % OF TOTAL NEW
 LANDSCAPED AREA AND % OF TOTAL REQUIRED LANDSCAPED AREA
 SHOULD BE BASED ON THE TOTAL OPEN SPACE AREA WHICH DOES
 NOT INCLUDE THE EXISTING BUILDING SQUARE FOOTAGE.
 REVISE ACCORDINGLY.
  
 4. THE CALCULATION USED TO DETERMINE THE % OF TOTAL
 IMPERVIOUS SURFACE AREA AND % OF TOTAL REQUIRED
 IMPERVIOUS SURFACE AREA SHOULD BE BASED ON THE TOTAL
 LOT AREA. CLARIFY ACCORDINGLY.
  
 5. ON SHEET SP-1 IN THE INFORMATIONAL TABLE THE
 REQUIRED LANDSCAPE MATERIAL SHALL BE LISTED, I.E. TREE
 REQUIREMENT (1 PER 1600 SF OF OPEN SPACE AREA).
  
 6. PROVIDE STANDARD CITY DETAILS OF PARKING (I.E.
 HANDICAPPED SPACE).
  
 7. ACCORDING TO ALAN BARATTA, LANDSCAPE PLANNER, FICUS
 BENJAMINA IS NOT THE APPROPRIATE PLANT MATERIAL. SEA
 GRAPE, COCO PLUM, OR PHITOCARPUS IS MORE APPROPRIATE.
