 IT SHALL BE NOTED AS SUCH ON THIS PERMIT.THE
 INSTALLATION OF PERMANENT TABLES REQUIRES THE APPROVAL
 OF A MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT BY THE
