 3.PROVIDE A LETTER FROM THE IBIS HOME OWNERS
 ASSOCIATION (HOA) AND/OR ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD
 ALLOWING THE INSTALLATION OF THE SCREEN ENCLOSURE AT
 THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY. PLEASE ENSURE THE LETTER
 SPECIFICALLY ADDRESSES THE LOCATION OF THE ENCLOSURE
 AND THAT IT DOES NOT ENCROACH INTO ANY DRAINAGE OR
 MAINTENANCE EASEMENT.
