 PER FBC-2004 PLUMBING, SECTION 910.3 THE SIZE OF THE
 STACK VENT SHALL BE EQUAL TO THE SIZE OF THE WASTE
 STACK. OFFSETS SHALL BE PERMITTED IN THE STACK VENT AND
 SHALL BE LOCATED AT LEAST 6 INCHES ABOVE THE FLOOD
 LEVEL OF THE HIGHEST FIXTURE, AND SHALL BE IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 905.2

 THE FOLLOWING CORRECTIONS/INFORMATION ARE REQUIRED FOR
 PLUMBING PLAN REVIEW TO MEET CODE COMPLIANCE:
  
 1. MORE INFORMATION IS REQUIRED. PLEASE SUBMIT A FLOOR
 PLAN DRAWING WITH THE EXISTING PLUMBING LAYOUT, AND ON
 A SEPERATE DRAWING PLEASE INDICATE THE NEW PROPOSED
 PLUMBING LAYOUT. IF THE NEW PROPOSED PLUMBING LAYOUT IS
 DIFFERENT FROM THE EXISTING PLEASE FOLLOW WHAT IS
 REQUIRED IN #2. PLEASE CLEARLY INDICATE ON THE FLOOR
 PLAN EXACTLY WHAT FIXTURES ARE BEING REPLACED, WHAT TUB
 IS BEING CHANGED TO A SHOWER, WHAT SHOWER VALVE IS
 BEING REPLACED, THE LOCATION OF THE NEW TANKLESS WATER
 HEATER AND IF TANKLESS WATER HEATER IS GAS OR
 ELECTRIC.
  
 2. PER FBC-2004 CHAPTER 1, SECTION 106.3.5.4
 RESIDENTIAL (ONE AND TWO-FAMILY) PLEASE SUBMIT A
 PLUMBING SANITARY ISOMETRIC RISER DIAGRAM INDICATING
 ALL WASTE, VENTS, TRAPS AND SIZES WITH CLEANOUT
 LOCATIONS. PLEASE CLEARLY IDENTIFY ALL FIXTURES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED ISOMETRIC.
  
 3. PER FBC-2004 CHAPTER 1, SECTION 106.1.1 INFORMATION
 ON CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS: CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL
 BE OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE
 LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK
 PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL
 CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE
 AND RELAVENT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS,
 AS DETERMINED BY THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL.
 NOTE: PLEASE CLEARLY INDICATE ON THE RESUBMITTAL WHERE
 THE PROPOSED 3 INCH WASTE LINE TIE IN IS IN RELATION TO
 EXISTING PLUMBING FIXTURES. PER FBC-2004 PLUMBING,
 SECTION 909.1 ONLY FIXTURES WITHIN THE BATHROOM GROUPS
 SHALL CONNECT TO THE WET-VENTED HORIZONTAL BRANCH
 DRAIN. ANY ADDITIONAL FIXTURES SHALL DISCHARGE
 DOWNSTREAM OF THE WET VENT.
  
 4. FBC-2004 CHAPTER 1,SECTION 106.3.4.2:
 THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN OF
 THE DRAWING SHALL CLEARLY PRINT AND SIGN
 NAME, AND ALSO DATE DRAWING. PLEASE DO
 THIS PRIOR TO RESUBMITTING.
 NOTE: ONLY ONE DRAWING WAS SIGNED AND DRAWINGS IN
 PENCIL ARE UNACCEPTABLE. ONE OF THE SUBMITTED DRAWINGS
 IS IN PENCIL. PLEASE CORRECT AND RESUBMIT.
  
 5. THE VALUE OF $2400.00 FOR THE JOB IS TO LOW FOR THE
 AMOUNT OF WORK INDICATED ON PERMIT APPLICATION. PLEASE
 REFERENCE THE FOLLOWING AND ADJUST THE VALUE ON THE
 RESUBMITTAL OR SUBMIT A CONTRACT OF JOB REFLECTING THE
 SAID VALUE.

 108.3, BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION: IF IN
 THE OPINION OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL,
 THE CLAIMED VALUATION OF THE BUILDING,

 MECHANICAL OR PLUMBING SYSTEMS APPEARS
 TO BE UNDERESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION,
 THE PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED. FOR
 PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION OF
 BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL
 REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL,
 ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR
 FINISH, NORMAL SITE WORK (EXCAVATION AND
 BACKFILL FOR BUILDINGS), ARCHITECTURAL
 AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING COSTS,
 OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND
 VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE
 THE LATEST PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL
 CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT,
 MEANS ECT.) WITH
 REGIONAL ADJUSTMENTS FOR LOCATION AS
 PUBLISHED BY INTERNATIONAL CODE
