 REQUIRES THE APPROVAL OF A MINOR PD AMENDMENT.WHILE A

 INSUFFICIENT DUE TO THE EASEMENT ISSUES OUTLINED
 BELOW.
  
 2) THE PROPOSED PUMP HOUSE IS LOCATED IN A DRAINAGE
 EASEMENT.EITHER PROVIDE EVIDENCE THAT THE EASEMENT
 HAS BEEN ABANDONED, OR MOVE THE PUMP HOUSE OUT OF THE
 EASEMENT.
