 APPROVED AGENCY USING AN APPROVED METHOD.SUBMIT A
 GEOTECHNICAL REPORT TO VERIFY THE SAFE BEARING CAPACITY

 4) SUBMIT A SITE DRAINAGE PLANS SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH

 TO NOT CREATE A HAZARD. LOTS SHALL BE GRADED SO AS TO

 GRADE AWAY FROM FOUNDATION WALLS SHALL FALL A MINIMUM
 OF 6 INCHES (152 MM) WITHIN THE FIRST 10 FEET (3048
 MM).
 EXCEPTION: WHERE LOT LINES, WALLS, SLOPES OR OTHER
 PHYSICAL BARRIERS PROHIBIT 6 INCHES (152 MM) OF FALL
 WITHIN 10 FEET (3048 MM), DRAINS OR SWALES SHALL BE
 PROVIDED TO ENSURE DRAINAGE AWAY FROM THE STRUCTURE.
  
 5) UPDATE THE EMERGENCY ESCAPE AND RESCUE OPENING
 INFORMATION ON A1. THE CODE IS 2004 FBC RESIDENTIAL AND
 THE SECTION IS R310.
  
 6) SPECIFY HOW THE EXISTING BEDROOM THAT IS ADJACENT TO
 THE PROPOSED MASTER BEDROOM WILL COMPLY WILL EMERGENCY
 EGRESS REQUIREMENTS OF FBC R310.
  
 7) SPECIFY HOW ATTIC ACCESS TO THE SLOPED ROOF ADDITION
 WILL BE ACHIEVED. R807.1 ATTIC ACCESS .

 INTERMEDIATE FRAMING. SPACING OF RING-SHANK FASTENERS
 SHALL BE 4 INCHES ON CENTER IN NAILING ZONE 3 FOR 130
 MPH OR GREATER DESIGNWIND SPEEDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH

 14) SUBMIT ENERGY CALCULATIONS FOR THE ADDITION THAT
