 THE OPINION OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE CLAIMED
 VALUATION OF BUILDING, ALTERATION, STRUCTURE APPEARS TO
 BE UNDERESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION, THE PERMIT SHALL
 BE DENIED. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION FOR THE
