 RENOVATION EXCEEDS 50 PERCENT OF THE ASSESSED VALUE PER
 THE COUNTY PROPERTY APPRAISER?S CALCULATION AND SECTION
 94-213 D (5) APPLIES.
  
 FURTHERMORE, THE PROPOSED WINDOWS ARE REQUIRED TO MEET
