 1) THE NOA HAS EXPIRED. THE WORK IS REQUIRED TO
 COMMENCE WITHIN 90 DAYS OF THE RECORDING DATE. THE WILL

 2) THE FINISH FLOOR ELEVATION OF THE ENCLOSED GARAGE IS
 REQUIRED TO BE 7'-6" ABOVE BASE FLOOD ELEVATION PER
 CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE. THE PLANS
 SPECIFY THE FINISH FLOOR ELEVATION AS 7.0'. PLEASE
 CORRECT.
  
 3) THE OWNER/AGENT IS REQUIRED TO SIGN THE ENERGY
 CALCULATION FOR. THE FORM IS INCORRECT. THE EXTERIOR
 WALLS ARE LISTED ON THE ENERGY CALC. FORM AS WOOD
 FRAME. ACCORDING TO THE PLANS ALL OF THE EXTERIOR WALL
 ARE MASONRY EXCEPT FOR THE IN-FILL FRAMING AT THE
 GARAGE DOOR OPENING. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 4) ITEM #11 FROM THE FIRST REVIEW REQUIRING CLEARANCE
 BETWEEN FINAL EARTH GRADE OR SLABS AND EXTERIOR WALL
 COVERINGS FOR TERMITE INSPECTIONS HAS NOT BEEN
 ADEQUATELYADDRESSED. EXCEPTION #4 WHICH ALLOWS PATIOS
 THAT HAVE BEEN SOIL TREATED FOR TERMITES TO MATCH THE
 BUILDING INTERIOR FINISH FLOOR ELEVATION, ONLY APPLIES
 TO MASONRY CONSTRUCTION. THE AREA AT THE GARAGE OPENING
 IS WOOD FRAME.
  
 5) IN ORDER TO ADDRESS ITEM #13 FROM THE FIRST REVIEW,
 PROVIDE A SECTION THROUGH THE FOUNDATION AT THE WOOD
 FRAME IN-FILL WALL AND THE CONCRETE BLOCK WALL SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE WITH R404.1.6 . SHOW A MINIMUM OF 4" ABOVE
 FINISH GRADE FOR MASONRY AND 6" AT WOOD FRAME.
  
 6) THE FLOOR PLAN DOES NOT INDICATE THE WALL TYPES FOR
 EXTERIOR OR INTERIOR WALLS.
  
 7) PROVIDE WALL SECTIONS WHICH SPECIFY THE EXTERIOR AND
 INTERIOR WALL COVERINGS, INSULATION, WATER BARRIER,
 LATH AND STUCCO, 1/2" DRYWALL, ETC.
  
 8) THE DESCRIPTION OF WORK ON THE APPLICATION INDICATES
 ADDING A HOT TUB AND A DECK FOR THE HOT TUB. THE PLANS
 THAT WERE SUBMITTED INDICATE THAT THIS IS EXISTING
 PLEASE CLARIFY. IF THIS IS NEW WORK TO BE PART OF THIS
 PERMIT, SUBMIT THE MANUFACTURER'S SPECS. AND LISTING
 INFORMATION FOR THE HOT TUB AND PLANS AND STRUCTURAL
 DETAILS FOR THE DECK. SHOW THAT THE DECK IS CAPABLE OF
 SUPPORTING THE HOT TUB WITH ASSOCIATED LIVE AND DEAD
 LOADS. SPECIFY THE HEIGHT OF THE DECK ABOVE GRADE AND
 PROVIDE GUARDRAIL AND STAIR DETAILS IF REQUIRED.

 WAS CONVERTED TO LIVING SPACE WITHOUT PERMITS.
  
 2) THE STRUCTURE IS LOCATED IN AN A5 FLOOD ZONE, WHICH
 REQUIRES THE FINISH FLOOR TO HAVE A BASE FLOOD
 ELEVATION OF 7' 6". SPECIFY THE ELEVATION OF FINISH
 FLOOR OF THE CABANA. SUBMIT AN ELEVATION CERTIFICATE
 FOR THIS AREA.
  
 3) THE ENCLOSING OF THE GARAGE IS ADDING ADDITIONAL
 LIVING SPACE TO THE EXISTING RESIDENCE. THEREFORE, THE
 PLANS ARE REQUIRED TO BE REVIEWED PALM BEACH COUNTY TO
 DETERMINE IF IMPACT FEES ARE OWED. THE PLANS MUST BE
 STAMPED BY THEM AND A COPY OF THE RECIEPT SUBMITTED
