 HULETT ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES STATING THAT ALL
 AREASUNDER THE NOW EXISTING STRUCTURE HAVE BEEN TREATED
 FOR TERMITES. THE INFORMATION PROVIDED FROM HULETT
 SERVICES IS NOT CLEAR WHETHER IT COVERS THE ENTIRE
 FOOTPRINT OF THE BUILDING.
  
 ADDITIONAL PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR MECHANICAL,

 SUBMIT THE INDEPENDENT EQUIPMENT TESTING COMPANY'S
 CALIBRATION CERTIFICATES FOR THE EQUIPMENT (MANIFOLD,
 LOAD CELLS, ETC.) USED TO LIFT THE HOUSE, SO THAT THE
 ACCURACY OF THE STATED HOUSE WEIGHT CAN BE VERIFIED.
  
 SUBMIT ENGINEER'S CALCULATIONS TO SHOW THAT, SINCE
 THERE ARE NO REBAR TIES BETWEEN THE FOUNDATION CONCRETE
 AND THE STEM WALL, THE WEIGHT OF THE HOUSE IS
 SUFFICIENT TO RESIST SHEAR (I.E. SLIDING OFF THE
 FOUNDATION) AND UPLIFT (RESULTING FROM OVERTURNING
 ACTION) DUE TO THE WIND PRESSURES DERIVED FROM 140 MPH
