 1) THE CONTRACTOR THAT APPLIED FOR THE PERMIT IS A CRC
 AND CAN NOT DO STRUCTURAL WORK ON THE DECK WHICH IS
 ACCESSORY TO A COMMERCIAL STRUCTURE. THE NEW CONTRACTOR
 IS A CBC AND IS ALLOWED TO DO THE WORK. HOWEVER, HE IS
 REQUIRED TO EITHER ASSUME THE PERMIT FROM THE FIRST
 CONTRACTOR OR APPLY UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT, PAY FEES
 AND SUBMIT NEW PLANS. IN ORDER TO ASSUME THE PERMIT, A
 NOTARIZE LETTER FROM THE ORIGINAL CONTRACTOR STATING
 THAT HE IS ASSIGNING THE PERMIT, FEES AND PLANS TO THE
 NEW CONTRACTOR IS REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED. IN
 ADDITION, A $1OO.OO CHANGE OF CONTRACTOR FEE WOULD BE
 REQUIRED. IN EITHER CASE, A NEW NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT
 WITH THE NEW CONTRACTOR LISTED WILL BE REQUIRED.

 1) THE LIVE LOAD SPECIFIED FOR THE DECK IS TOO LOW.
 2004 FBC TABLE 1607.1 REQUIRES DECKS TO HAVE A LIVE
 LOAD THE SAME AS THE OCCUPANCY IT SERVES. THIS DECK
 SERVES A CLUB HOUSE, WHICH IS AN ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCY
 WITH 100 PSF LIVE LOAD.
  
 2) SPECIFY THE CENTER TO CENTER SPACING OF THE 2 X 12
 FLOOR JOISTS ON THE PLANS.
  
 3) THE EXISTING FENCE IS REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH 2004
 FBC 424.1.3.1.9 FOR POOL BARRIERS.
  
 4) SPECIFY THE DISTANCE FROM THE POOL TO THE WOOD DECK.
 SEE FBC 424.1.3.1.1 FOR POOL WET DECK REQUIREMENTS.
  
 5) POOL FENCE IS REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH FBC 1012 FOR
 GUARDS.
  
 6) PLANS DO NOT SPECIFY THE SPECIES OFWOOD THAT WILL
 BE USED FOR THE DECK OR IF IT IS PRESERVATIVE TREATED.
 PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 7)A RESIDENTIAL CONTRACTOR IS LIMITED TO WORK ON
 ONE-, TWO- AND THREE-FAMILY RESIDENCES AND ACCESSORY
 USE STRUCTURES IN CONNECTION THEREWITH. THIS DECK IS
 ACCESSORY TO A CLUB HOUSE WHICH IS A COMMERCIAL
 BUILDING. THIS PROJECT CAN NOT BE DONE BY A RESIDENTIAL
