 1) W.P.B. AMENDMENTS106.1.3.BUILDING PLANS SHALL BE
 DRAWN TO A MINIMUM 1/8 INCH SCALE UPON SUBSTANTIAL
 PAPER. THE BUILDING OFFICIAL MAY ESTABLISH THROUGH
 DEPARTMENTAL POLICY, STANDARDS FOR PLANS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS, IN ORDER TO PROVIDE CONFORMITY TO ITS
 RECORD RETENTION PROGRAM. THIS POLICY MAY INCLUED SUCH
 THINGS AS MINIMUM SIZE SHAPE,CONTRAST, CLARITY, OR
 OTHER ITEMS RELATED TO RECORDS MANAGEMENT.
  
 2) THE DRAWINGS FOR THE FOOTERS AND THE STEPS ARE NOT
 CLEAR. SUBMIT CLEAR DETAILS OF THE FOOTERS AND STEPS.
 IF THE DECK WILL BE COVERED, A ROOFING DETAIL WILL BE
 REQUIRED SHOWING THE SLOPE OF THE ROOF AND ALL
 MATERIALS WHICH WILL BE USED ON THE ROOF. SUBMIT THE
 FRONT REAR AND SIDE ELEVATIONS OF THIS PROJECT FOR
 CLARITY.
  
 3) R312.1 GUARDS REQUIRED.
 PORCHES, BALCONIES OR RAISED FLOOR SURFACES LOCATED
 MORE THAN 30 INCHES (762 MM) ABOVE THE FLOOR OR GRADE
 BELOW SHALL HAVE GUARDS NOT LESS THAN 36 INCHES (914
 MM) IN HEIGHT. OPEN SIDES OF STAIRS WITH A TOTAL RISE
 OF MORE THAN 30 INCHES (762 MM) ABOVE THE FLOOR OR
 GRADE BELOW SHALL HAVE GUARDS NOT LESS THAN 34 INCHES
 (864 MM) IN HEIGHT MEASURED VERTICALLY FROM THE NOSING
 OF THE TREADS .
  
 4) IF THE ROOF IS A FLAT DECK, A ROOFING CONTRACTOR
 WILL HAVE TO DO THE WORK. PRODUCT APPROVAL IS REQUIRED
 FOR THE ROOFING MATERIALS.
  
 5) 106.1.1 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF
