 THE MINIMUM LENGTH OF LAP SPLICES FOR REINFORCING BARS
 IN TENSION OR COMPRESSION, L L D , SHALL BE CALCULATED
 BY EQUATION 21-2, BUT SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN 15 INCHES
 (380 MM).INDICATE THE EMBEDMENT DIMENTION OF THE
 JDOWELS AND THE LAP SPLICES.SHOW THE AREA OF THE NEW
 SITE WALL ON THE PLANS.
  
 2) THE CLAIMED VALUATION ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS
 LOW. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS
 AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT COST
