 PLAYGROUNDS NEED TO BE SUBMITTED UNDER A SEPARATE
 PERMIT.
  
 2- CALCULATIONS SUBMITTED DON'T MATCH SIZE AND TYPE OF
 STRUCTURE SHOWN ON FLOOR PLAN SUBMITTED. CALCULATIONS
 ARE FOR 18' PITTSBURGH SQUARE SHELTERS, WHILE DRAWINGS
 SHOW 18' X 36'RECTANGULAR SHELTERS.ALSO, SEE THE
 1/4" STEEL CABLE AROUND PERIMETER OF SHELTER. REVISE AS
 REQUIRED TO MATCH.
  
 3- ENGINEER NEEDS TO PROVIDE ALL HIS INFORMATION IN ALL
 CALCULATIONS SHEETSAS REQUIRED BY SEC. 61G15-23.002
 FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE AND CHAPTER 471 FLORIDA
 STATUTE.
  
 4- ENGINEER NEEDS TO SIGN AND SEAL ALL CALCULATIONS
 SHEETS. SOME ARE MISSING THE SIGNATURE. SEC
 61G15-23.002 FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE AND CHAPTER
 471 FLORIDA STATUTE.
  
 5-IF ONLY THE STRUCTURE IS DESIGNED TO RESIST THE
 140MPH WIND LOAD WITHOUT THE FABRIC , THEN NEED TO
 PROVIDE FABRIC REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS TO SHOW COMPLIANCE
 WITH SEC. 3105.4.2.1 FBC 2004 FOR QUICK RELEASE.THE
 INSTRUCTIONS SHOULD CONSIST OF A SERIES OF PHOTOGRAPHS.
 THIS IS TO BE APPROVED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
 PROVIDE COMPLETE INFORMATION AS REQUIRED.
  
 6- PER BUILDING OFFICIAL, NEIL MELICK,A LETTER SIGNED
 BY THE OWNER (NOT TENANT)IS REQUIREDACKNOWLEDGING
 RESPONSIBILITY TO HAVE THE FABRIC REMOVED PRIOR TO ANY
 WIND EVENT WITH PROJECTED WIND SPEEDS OF 75 MPH OR
 GREATER.PROVIDE LETTER FROM OWNER ACKNOWLEDGING REMOVAL
 OFFABRIC.
