 WITH THE 2004 FLORIDA BLDG CODE AND ASCE
 7-02 ALSO INCLUDE THE WIND DESIGN DATA
 PER 1603.1 FBC AND SIGN,SEAL AND DATE
 EACH SHEET THAT HAS THIS INFORMATION.
  
 4) A RECORDED COPY OF THE NOTICE OF
 COMMENCEMENT IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO
 A PERMIT BEING ISSUED
  
 5) A CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORIZATION SHALL
 BE REQUIRED FOR A CORPORATION, LIMITED
 LIABILITY COMPANY, OR PARTNERSHIP,
 OFFERING ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES TO THE
