 2. PROVIDE NOTES ON PLAN REQUIRING THE REMOVAL OF ALL
 PROHIBITED PLANT SPECIES, DEPTH OF MULCH, FLORIDA #1
 GRADE, AND SOD AND IRRIGATION IN RIGHTS-OF-WAY.
  
 3. PROVIDE THE LOCATION OF ALL UTILITIES INCLUDIING
 OVERHEAD POWER LINES, EASEMENTS AND ANYTHING ELSE SUCH
 AS TREES ON NEIGHBORING PROPERTIES THAT MAY INTERFERE
 WITH PROPOSED LANDSCAPING.
  
 4. SHOW THE VISIBILITY TRIANGLE FOR CORNER LOTS.
  
 5. STAFF WOULD RECOMMEND THAT THE PERIMETER HEDGE BE
 ELIMINATED (OR AT LEAST THE 40 FEET FROM THE
 INTERSECTION OF THE 2 PROPERTY LINES) TO OPEN UP THE
 VIEW OF THE LANDSCAPING FROM THE STREET.
