 THIS PROJECT IS LOCATED IN THE CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH.
  
 3) THE PROPERTY LINES SHOWN ON THE
 SURVEY HAVE NOT BE CHANGED. THEREFORE,
 BASED ON FIRE SEPARATION DISTANCES THE
 STRUCTURE DOES NOT COMPLY WITH FBC TABLE
 704.8 FOR ALLOWABLE AREA OF OPENINGS.
