 HEIGHT SHALL BE MEASURED VERTICALLY

 ANY FLIGHT OF STAIRS SHALL NOT EXCEED
 THE SMALLEST BY MORE THAN 0.375 INCH

 11) FBC11-4.9.4 HANDRAILS.
 STAIRWAYS SHALL HAVE HANDRAILS AT BOTH
 SIDES OF ALL STAIRS. HANDRAILS SHALL
 COMPLY WITH SECTION 11-4.26 AND SHALL
 HAVE THE FOLLOWING FEATURES:
