 ENGINEERING STANDARDS TO PRESERVE THE
 POSITIVE PATTERNS OF THE AFFECTED SITES.
 ACCORDINGLY, DEVELOPERS, CONTRACTORS,
 AND OWNERS OF ALL NEW RESIDENTIAL
 DEVELOPMENT, INCLUDING ADDITIONS, POOLS,
 PATIOS, DRIVEWAYS, DECKS, OR SIMILAR
 ITEMS, ON EXISTING PROPERTIES RESULTING
 IN A DECREASE IN EXCESS OF 800SQ FT OF
 PERMEABLE LAND AREA ON ANY PARCELL SHALL
 AS A PERMIT CONDITION, PROVIDE A
 PROFESSIONALLY PREPARED DRAINAGE PLAN
 CLEARLY INDICATING COMPLIANCE WITH THIS
 PARAGRAPH. UPON COMPLETION OF THE
 IMPROVEMENT, A CERTIFICATE FROM A
 LICENSED ENGINEER SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO
 THE INSPECTOR IN ORDER TO RECEIVE
 APPROVAL OF THE FINAL INSPECTION.
  
 2) 11-4.1.3(1) AT LEAST ONE ACCESSIBLE
 ROUTE COMPLYING WITH 11-4.3 SHALL
 CONNECT ACCESSIBLE BUILDING OR FACILITY
 ENETRANCES WITH ALL ACCESSIBLE SPACES
 AND ELEMENTS WITHIN THE BUILDING OR
 FACILITY.
  
 3) 11-4.1.3(3) GROUND & FLOOR SURFACES
 ALONG ACCESSIBLE ROUTES & IN ACCESSIBLE
 ROOMS & SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH
 11-4.5. SEE ADAAG A4.5.1 (GUIDELINE)
 A STATIC COEFFICIENT OF FRICTION OF 0.6
 IS RECOMENDED FOR ACCESSIBLE ROUTES
 AND 0.8 FOR RAMPS.
  
 4) 11-4.1.2
 AN ACCESSIBLE SITE SHALL MEET THE
 FOLLOWING MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
 (1) AT LEAST ONE ACCESSIBLE ROUTE
 COMPLYING WITH SECTION 11-4.3 SHALL BE
 PROVIDED WITHIN THE BOUNDARY OF THE SITE
 FROM PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION STOPS,
 ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES, PASSENGER
 LOADING ZONES IF PROVIDED, AND PUBLIC
 STREETS OR SIDEWALKS, TO AN ACCESSIBLE
 BUILDING ENTRANCE. SEE ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION IN PACKAGE FOR ACCESSIBLE
 PARKING SPACE(S)DESIGN.
  
 5) THE PROPOSED BUILDING STRUCTURE
 TRANSGRESSES LEGAL BOUNDARY LINES
 BETWEEN THE LOTS WHICH COMBINE TO FORM
 'THE SITE'.A 'UNITY OF TITLE' SHALL BE
 RECORDED AT THE COUNTY COURTHOUSE.
 SUBMIT A COPY OF THE RECORDED 'UNITY OF
 OF TITLE' DOCUMENT SO THAT FBC TABLE 601
 BOUNDARY LINE REQUIREMENTS MAY BE DEEMED
 NOT APPLICABLE.
  
 6) ACCORDING TO THE DRAWINGS THE
 SIDEWALK ELEVATION IS HIGHER THAN THE
 FINISH FLOOR OF THE NEW ADDITION. THE
 POTENTIAL FOR WATER INTRUSION IS HIGHLY
 POSSIBLE IN PERIODS OF HEAVY RAINS. OR
 IF THE DRAINS ARE BACKED UP.
  
 7) ACCORDING TO THE DESCRIPTION ON THE
 PERMIT APPLICATION, THIS REVIEW IS FOR
 SITE WORK ONLY. NO FOUNDATION REVIEW
 WILL BE DONE AT THIS TIME.
