 2004 SHALL BE DESIGNED TO THE 2004
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE.
  
 2) ONLY THE PERSON WHO IS RESPONSIBLE
 FOR THE DESIGN OF THE DRAWINGS CAN MAKE
 CHANGES TO SUCH DRAWINGS. HOWEVER,
 CHANGES WILL HAVE TO BE INITIAL AND
 DATED BY THAT PERSON.
  
 3)(2004 FBC) 106.1.1 INFORMATION ON
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS. CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY
 TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE &
 EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED & SHOW IN
 DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE
 PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND REVELENT
 LAWS, ORDINANCES, AND RULES AND
 REGULATIONS AS DETERMINED BY THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL. INDICATE CLEARLY THE
 AREA WHERE THE NEW CONCRETE SLAB WILL BE
 PLACED.
 106.3.3* PRODUCT APPROVALS- 2004 THOSE
 PRODUCTS THAT ARE RGULATED BY DCA RULE
 9B-72 SHALL BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN
 WRITTING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR
 TO SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL
 APPROVAL.
  
 4) IF A SHED WILL BE INSTALLED ON THE
 CONCTETE SLAB, PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE
 SHED IS REQUIRED. ALSO THE SIGNED AND
 SEALED INFORMATION FOR THE FASTENING
 DETAILS TO PREVENT OVERTURNING DURING
 HIGH WINDS. THE SHED SHOULD BE DESIGNED
 TO WITHSTAND WINDS OF 140MPH. IF THE
 SHED IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE
 CONSTRUCTION, PLEASE REMOVE IT FROM THE
 DRAWINGS.
  
 5) NOTE: THE ARCHITECT SEAL IS NOT
 LEGIBLE. ALL INFORMATION SHALL BE OF
 SUFFICIENT CLARITY AND THE SEAL IS NOT
 CLEAR.
