 FOR IN CHAPTER 481, FLORIDA STATUTES,
 PART I, OR ENGINEERING AS PROVIDED FOR
 IN CHAPTER 471, FLORIDA STATUTES, THEN
 HE OR SHE SHALL AFFIX HIS OR HER
 OFFICIAL SEAL TO SAID DRAWINGS,
 SPECIFICATIONS AND ACCOMPANYING DATA, AS
 REQUIRED BY FLORIDA STATUTE.
  
 3) THE PLANS/DRAWINGS SUBMITTED IS FOR A
 30' X 100' ENCLOSED CARPORT STRUCTURE
 IS THIS THE CORRECT SIZE WHICH WILL BE
 CONSTRUCTED AT YOUR LOCATION? IF NOT THE
 CORRECT DRAWINGS SHOWING THE SIZE OF THE
 CARPORT IS REQUIRED SHOWING ALL DETAILS
 INCLUDING THE ELEVATIONS. IF THIS
 PRODUCT HAS FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL,
 PLEASE SUBMIT IT WITH THE STATE COVER
 SHEET AND INSTALLATION REPORTS.HI-LIGHT
 OR CIRCLE WHICH SYSTEM WILL BE USED TO
 INSTALL THE CARPORT.
  
 4)INDICATE CLEARLY ON THE PLANS WEATHER
 THE BUILDING IS AN ENCLOSE OR PARTIALLY
 ENCLOSE BUILDING.
  
 5) 406.1.3 GARAGES AND CARPORTS.
 CARPORTS SHALL BE OPEN ON AT LEAST TWO
 SIDES. CARPORT FLOOR SURFACES SHALL BE
 OF APPROVED NONCOMBUSTIBLE MATERIAL.
 CARPORTS NOT OPEN ON AT LEAST TWO SIDES
 SHALL BE CONSIDERED A GARAGE AND SHALL
 COMPLY WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THIS
 SECTION FOR GARAGES.
 EXCEPTION: ASPHALT SURFACES SHALL BE
 PERMITTED AT GROUND LEVEL IN CARPORTS.
 THE AREA OF FLOOR USED FOR PARKING OF
 AUTOMOBILES OR OTHER VEHICLES SHALL BE
 SLOPED TO FACILITATE THE MOVEMENT OF
 LIQUIDS TO A DRAIN OR TOWARD THE MAIN
 VEHICLE ENTRY DOORWAY.
  
 6): PLEASE NOTE, ALL PLANS DRAWN
 BY AN ARCHITECT/ENGINEER CONTAIN-
 -ING A TITLE BLOCK: MUST BE SIGNED,
