 DOCUMENTS. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL
 BE DIMENSIONED AND DRAWN UPON SUITABLE
 MATERIAL. ELECTRONIC MEDIA DOCUMENTS ARE
 PERMITTED TO BE SUBMITTED WHEN APPROVED
 BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY
 TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND
 EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN
 DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE
 PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT
 LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS,
 AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL
 (SEE ALSO SECTION 106.3.5 ).
  
 2) THE PERSON WHO DRAW THE PLANSSHALL
 PRINT AND SIGN HIS/HER NAME AND ADDRESS
 ON THE PLANS. ALSO PLANS SHALL BE DRAWN
 TO MINIMUN OF 1/8 INCH SCALE. 106.1.3
  
 3) SUBMIT DETAIL DRAWINGS OF THE
 FOOTINGS/A CROSS SECTION OF THE DECK AND
 PERFOLA SHOW ALL MATERIALS TO BE USED/
 AN ELEVATION OF THE STRUCTURE/ SHOW THE
 ATTATCHMENT OF THE DECK AND PERGOLA TO
 THE EXISTING STRUCTURE IF THEY ARE
 CONNECTED TO IT.
  
 4)WHAT TYPE OF MATERIAL WILL BE USED FOR
 THE DECK FLOOR? SHOW ON THE PLANS WHERE
 THE STRAPS AND TIE-DOWNS WILL BE USED.
 THE DRAWING NEEDS DETAILS.
  
 5) YOUR VALUE IS TOO LOW. PLEASE ADJUST
 IT TO A FAIR MARKET VALUE, OR WE WILL
 ADJUST THE VALUE. SEE INFORMATION BELOW

 BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE
 STRUCTURAL, ELECTRIC, PLUMBING,
 MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH, NORMAL SITE
 WORK (EXCAVATION AND BACKFILL FOR
 BUILDINGS), ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN
 FEES, MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND
 PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE.
 VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE
 LATEST PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL
 CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
 (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.) WITH
 REGIONAL ADJUSTMENTS FOR LOCATION AS
 PUBLISHED BY INTERNATIONAL CODE
