2006-01-20 00:00:00ALL INFORMATION/DRAWINGS/SPECIFICATIONS
 AND ACCOMPANYING DATA SHALL BEAR THE
 NAME AND SIGNATURE OF THE PERSON RESPON-
 SIBLE FOR THE DESIGN. SECTION 106.1.2
  
 2) BUILDING PLANS SHALL BE DRAWN TO
 MINIMUM 1/8 INCH SCALE UPON SUBSTANTIAL
 PAPER.
  
 3) CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 DIMENSIONED AND BE OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY
 TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND
 EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN
 DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE
 PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT
 LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS,
 AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.

 4) A DETAIL DRAWING IS REQUIRED SHOWING
 HOW THE NEW ADDDITION WILL BE ATTATCHED
 TO THE EXISTING STRUCTURE.
  
 5) INDICATE THE TYPE OF ROOF WHICH WILL
 BE INSTALLED INCLUCING THE SQUARE
 FOOTATE/SLOPE,MEAN ROOF HEIGHT ROOF DECK
 TYPE AND THE PROPOSED ROOF SYSTEM TYPE.
 (SEE ROOF POLICY AND PROCEDURE IN
 PACKAGE).FBC 106.1.1.2
  
 6) PLEASE SHOW AN EXISTING FLOOR PLAND
 SHOWING THE DIFFERENT ROOM WHERE THE
 WINDOWS WILL BE CHANGED. A WINDOW
 SCHEDULE IS REQUIRED SHOWING WHERE EACH
 WINDOW WILL BE INSTALLED FOR EGRESS.
  
 7)TWO SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS ARE
 NEEDED FOR EACH PRODUCT.
 ROOFING MATERIALS/DOORS/ WINDOWS.ETC.
 PRODUCT APPROVALS SUBMITTED WITH PERMIT
 APPLICATION AFTER OCTOBER 1, 2003 ARE
 REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THE FLORIDA
 PRODUCT APPROVAL SYSTEM. FOR INFORMATION
 PLEASE SEE THE STATE WEBSITE AT
 WWW.FLORIDABUILDING.ORG. PRODUCTS WITH
 STATEWIDE APPROVAL ARE REQUIRED TO BE
 SUBMITTED WITH A COVER SHEET THAT LISTS
 THE PRODUCT IDENTITY NUMBER FROM THE
 STATE. IF THE PRODUCT DOES NOT HAVE
 STATEWIDE APPROVAL, SUBMIT AN APPLICA-
 TION FOR LOCAL PRODUCT APPROVAL OR SITE
 SPECIFIC FORM PER RULE 9B-72. SEE

 8) A DETAIL DRAWING OF THE WINDOW AND
 DOOR HEADDERS SHALL BE INDICATED ON THE
 DRAWINGS. WHERE WINDOWS ARE REMOVED,
 SHOW THE FRAMING DETAIL OF HOW THE
 OPENING WILL BE CLOSED OFF.INCLUDE THE
 MATERIALS WHICH WILL BE USED. ALSO
 SUBMIT A FOOTING AND SLAB DETAIL OF THE
 NEW AREA.
  
 9) BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE
 ISSUED, IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM
 BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL PERMIT
 SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT
 OFFICE, AND A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT
 ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT APPLICATION.
