 2) THE DESIGN PRESSURES REQUIRED BY THE
 PLANS FOR THE SMALL GARAGE DOOR EXCEED
 THE DESIGN PRESSURES GIVEN IN THE
 PRODUCT APPROVAL THAT WAS SUBMITTED.
 SUBMIT PRODUCT WITH ADEQUATE DESIGN
 PRESSURES. SEE COMMENT # 8 FROM PREVIOUS
 REVIEW.
  
 3) THE PRODUCT APPROVALS SUBMITTED FOR
 THE FIXED GLASS WINDOWS ARE FOR
 NON-IMPACT RESISTANT GLAZING. THE PLANS
 SPECIFY IMPACT GLAZING FOR ALL WINDOWS.
 SUBMIT PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR IMPACT
 WINDOWS OR REVISE PLANS AND SUBMIT STORM
 PANEL PRODUCT APPROVALS, KEY PLANS AND

 ARE ACI 318-02 AND ACI530.1-02. SEE FBC
 CHAPTER 35.
  
 5) ON A5 THERE IS A CONNECTOR AT THE
 COVERED PATIO WITH A #12 TAG. THERE IS
 NO #12 SPECIFIED IN THE ANCHOR LEGEND.
 PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 6) PLEASE REVISE THE ANCHOR SCHEDULE ON
 A5, AS SEVERAL CONNECTOR UPLIFTS
 SPECIFIED ARE IN ERROR. THE MAXIMUM
 UPLIFT FOR HTA 16 IS 1500#. THE DOUBLE
 HTA 16S HAVE A MAXIMUM UPLIFT OF 3000#.
 THE MAX. UPLIFTS FOR THE 'USP' RT22T AND
 RT20T ARE 1225#. SEE 2005 USP CATALOG.
