 HAVING A PITCH. FOR THIS STRUCTURE IT IS
 MORE THAN 10 FEET. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 2) SOME OF THE ANCHORS IN THE LEGEND ON
 SHEET A5 HAVE UPLIFT VALUES SPECIFIED
 WHICH INCLUDE THE ONE THIRD STRESS
 INCREASE IN THE STEEL CALCULATIONS,
 WHICH IS NOT ALLOWED BY FBC 1609.3. THE
 UPLIFT VALUES LISTED FOR ID TAG NUMBERS
 (1B) AND (2) FOR THE TA20R CONNECTORS
 ARE INCORRECT. SEE 2004 USP CATALOG FOR
 VALUES THAT DO NOT INCLUDE A STRESS

 3) THE UPLIFT AND ANCHOR KEY IN THE
 ANCHOR LEGEND SPECIFIES THE UPLIFT
 VALUES ON THE BOTTOM AND THE ANCHOR ON
 TOP. HOWEVER, ON THE ROOF FRAMING PLAN
 THESE ITEMS ARE REVERSED IN THE ID TAGS.
  
 4) THE STATE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR THE
 HANSON ROOF TILE IS REQUIRED TO HAVE THE
 SBCCI PST AND ESI REPORTS SUBMITTED
 BECAUSE THEY WERE THE EVALUATION ENTITY
