 FOR THIS STRUCTURE IS 33 FEET FROM GRADE
 TO THE HIGHEST POINT OF THE ROOF. THE
 ELEVATIONS INDICATE THAT THE STRUCTURE
 EXCEEDS THIS.
  
 5) SPECIFY THE MEAN ROOF HEIGHT OF THE
 STRUCTURE ON THE PLAN. THIS IS THE
 HEIGHT FROM FINISH GRADE TO THE AVERAGE
 HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST ROOF WITH A PITCH.
  
 6) A THREE STORY R3 STRUCTURE OF TYPE VI
 CONSTRUCTION IS REQUIRED TO BE SPRINKLED
