 1) IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM
 BEACH COUNTY, PLANS STAMPED BY THEM AND
 COPY OF RECEIPT SUBMITTED TO CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH BUILDING DEPARTMENT,
 BEFORE A BUILDING PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 2) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF A SURVEY.
  
 3) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF DRAWINGS DRAWN
 TO SCALE WITH SUFFICIENT CLARITY AND
 DETAIL TO INDICATE THE NATURE AND
 CHARACTER OF THE WORK. ALL DRAWINGS
 SHALL BEAR THE NAME AND SIGNATURE OF THE
 PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN. SEE
 FBC 104.2.1
  
 4) THE PLANS SHALL INCLUDE A FLOOR PLAN
 AND EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS. PROVIDEWALL
 SECTIONS FROM THE FOUNDATION THROUGH THE
 ROOF. SPECIFY THE ASSEMBLY, MATERIALS,
 CONNECTORS, INSULATION, INTERIOR AND
 EXTERIOR FINISHES OF EXISTING AND NEW
 WALLS. FBC 104.3.1.1
  
 5) INDICATE THE TYPES AND SIZES OF ALL
 NEW DOORS AND WINDOWS. BEDROOM WINDOWS
 ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH FBC 1005.4
 FOR EMERGENCY ESCAPE AND RESCUE OPENINGS
  
 6) PROVIDE (2) PRODUCT APPROVALS, KEY
 PLANS AND INSTALLATION SCHEDULES
 INDICATING THE SPECIFIC TYPES OF ANCHORS
 TO BE USED FOR STORM PANELS. EXTERIOR
 GLAZED OPENINGS ARE REQUIRED TO BE
 PROTECTED BY FBC 1606.4.1.
  
 7) INDICATE THE LOCATIONS OF THE SMOKE
 DETECTORS REQUIRED BY FBC 905.2.1.
  
 8) SUBMIT ENERGY CALCULATION FORM FOR
 ADDED HABITABLE SPACE AS REQUIRED BY
 FBC CHAPTER 13.
  
 9)PROVIDE (2) CURRENT AND COMPLETE
 COPIES OF SBCCI OR METRO-DADE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS FOR ALL NEW EXTERIOR WINDOWS
 AND DOORS. THE PRODUCT APPROVALS THAT
 WERE SUBMITTED HAVE DRAWINGS THAT ARE
 MISSING A PORTION OF THE INFORMATION
 FROM THE SHEET.
  
 10) ADDITIONAL PERMITS WILL BE REQUIRED.
  
 11) THE SIGNATURES ON THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION AND THE OWNER BUILDER
 DISCLOSURE ARE REQUIRED TO BE NOTARIZED.
