 3) INDICATE THE SIZE OF THE ATTIC ACCESS
 IN THE GARAGE. FBC 2309.6
  
 4) THE STRUCTURE IS LOCATED IN AN A-9
 FLOOD ZONE WITH A BASE FLOOD ELEVATION
 OF 13 FEET. THE CITY'S FLOOD ORDINANCE
 REQUIRES THE STRUCTURES LOWEST FLOOR TO
