 BEACH COUNTY, PLANS STAMPED BY THEM AND
 COPY OF RECEIPT SUBMITTED TO CITY OF

 BEFORE A BUILDING PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 2) THE DRAWINGS ARE REQUIRED TO BEAR THE
 NAME AND SIGNATURE OF THE PERSON
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN PER CITY OF
 WPB AMENDMENTS SECTION 104.2.1.
  
 3) PROVIDE ENERGY CALCULATION FORMS PER

 INDICATING THE SPECIFIC TYPES OF ANCHORS
 TO BE USED FOR STORM PANELS.
  
 16) IF THE NEW WINDOW IS ACTUALLY TWO
 WINDOWS MULLED TOGETHER, THEN SUBMIT
