 GIVE TERMINOLOGY THAT WE DO USE.
 WALL: A VERTICAL ELEMENT WITH A HORI-
 ZONTAL LENGTH TO THE THICKNESS RATIO
 GREATER THAN 3, USED TO ENCLOSE SPACE.
 8"X3=24" ANY COLUMN GREATER THAN 24"
 IS CONSIDERED A WALL SEGMENT.
