 ROOFING IS EXPIRED. ONLY THE TOP PAGE
 WAS SUBMITTED.THE CITY SEARCHED THE
 METRO-DADE PRODUCT APPROVAL SITE USING
 ADVANCED SEARCH THROUGH ROOFING AS WELL
 AS PANELS AND DIDNOT FIND ANY CURRENT RE
 PORT FOR THE COMPANY UNION CORRUGATED
 COMPANY, A SEARCH FOR ACCEPTANCE NO.
 98-04211. ALSO HAD NO RESULTS.
 THE PRODUCT TESTING REPORT SHALL INDI-
 CATE IF THE STEEL ROOFING IS TESTED AS
 STRUCTURAL PANELS WHICH WOULD NOT
 REQUIRE SOLID SHEATHING BENEATH OR WILL
 INDICATE A NON-STRUCTURAL PANEL REQUIR-
 ING SOLID SHEATHING. A MANUFACTURERS
 SPEC SHALL ALSO BE REQUIRED FOR THE
 ATTACHMENT METHOD.
 SEE SBC1509 & 1510 FOR STEEL ROOFING
 REQUIREMENTS.
  
 2)- CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT PLANS TO THE
 COUNTY FOR IMPACT FEE ASSESSMENT.
