 STAFF THAT A COMPLETE REPORT BE
 PREPARED BY A LICENSED FIRE PROTECTION
 ENGINEER WITH REGARDS TO EXISTING
 FIRE PROTECTION FOR THE BUILDINGS AND
 THE FUTURE FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEM
 PLANNED FOR THE NEW ADDITION. THE
 NEW ADDITION CANNOT BE CONNECTED TO
 THE EXISTING SYSTEM AS IT WOULD EXCEED
 AREA LIMITATIONS.
