 FOOTING SCHEDULE HAS THE TOP OF FOOTINGS
 AT EXTERIOR FOUNDATION AT 13'-3 1/2" AS
 THE SOILS REPORT REQUEST THAT THESE
 EXTERIOR FOUNDATIONS BE 18" BELOW THE
 ADJACENT OUTSIDE FINAL GRADE, THIS WOULD
 PUT THEM AT ELEVATION 12'-0" TO 12'-3"
